At Legacy Estates, we have a welcoming “feels like home” atmosphere. We pride ourselves on cultivating an environment that includes ongoing, interactive events and activities. Our resident volunteers tailor events, activities and programs for all residents. Physically active as well as socially engaged individuals in our community lead to happier and more vibrant lives. Patio and East yard:
Enjoy a private, family or friends gathering and BBQ in our spacious patio. The pergola allows access by providing shade and cover from the elements. Nestled on the east side where an unobstructed view of our spacious yard and edged with evergreens can be had which overlooks a pond which caters to numerous fowl and wildlife.
Great Room and Bar:
Our great room is spacious and can accommodate meetings of up to 170 people or used as a dining room for family or other gatherings. A commercial kitchen is onsite for catered events allowing for great flexibility on events. A dry bar is situated at the edge of the great room where smaller gatherings sided by the fireplace can be had.
Movie night is had in the great room on the big screen, where fresh popcorn and drinks embellishes a entertainment night of fun and comradery.
Games Room and gym:
Our huge games room accommodates all needs from snooker, shuffleboard, puzzle area, cards tables and an area for Pilates and other exercise activities. Do not forget about the gym where equipment will assist in keeping you in shape.
Library:
Enjoy relaxing and reading in front of our fireplace in the library where a large quantity of books are had that caters to all genres of literature. Nestle in the far side is the computer station for those a little more tech savy.
Beauty Salon:
Why leave home when you can get your hair style and cut on site for both ladies and men. You will never look better after the stylist is finished with you
Lounge:
Want to have a smaller gathering, no problem, our lounge is perfect for quaint and close nit gatherings. Situated on the third floor with its private bathrooms give you all the privacy you need.
Media Room:
The main floor media room is multi-functional. Small group movie night, family gatherings of up to 15 people, meetings, or just lounging, no problem, relax and enjoy in comfy couches and arm chairs for any event.
Craft Room:
The Legacy craft room is a maker’s answer to an artist’s studio, allowing you to make both art and crafts. This airy space has uber work area and mega storage to store all materials needed by your inner artisan.
Board Room:
Want a more traditional meeting with video conferencing ability, no problem, the fourth floor Boardroom is what you need. This traditional conference room is the place to have your next meeting in comfy executive leather chairs.
Park area:
Legacy Estates is very fortunate to have so much green space. Fronting by a circular park with benches to relax on. A large green space just outside the games room with a south exposure and finally a park like setting off of the patio area that resident contribute the botanical talents to beautify the area. To add to all the wondrous nature is the HOA park at the end of the street that caters to the seven buildings.
